Limited License; Permitted Uses.

Nontransferable.

Refund and Return Policy.
- We do not accept returns on opened bottles or bottles with broken safety seals.
- Due to the variability of each individual's neurochemistry, we cannot guarantee desired effectiveness. We guarantee only the quality and condition of our products.
- There is a 20% restocking fee on returns of all unopened products (as defined above), and shipping charges will not be refunded unless it is being returned because of our error.
- A copy of the original, dated invoice must accompany the request.
- Product specials are not eligible for credit returns or exchanges.
- Customers returning merchandise are responsible for any return postage charged.
- Send a copy of the invoice with the returned product.
- All product returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the product.
- To return an unopened bottle of product within the stated time frame, please call 800-862-5033 and request a return form be placed on file. This will expedite the request. Once the corporate office receives the returned product, a credit will be issued on the same credit card that was debited, or a check will be mailed if you paid by check or money order.

BACKORDERS
All orders are subject to inventory availability. For any number of reasons, there may be times when the product you are ordering is temporarily out of stock. When these rare occasions occur, you will be notified (A great reason to be sure you are giving us valid contact information.) by a Customer Service Representative and given the option of canceling your order or waiting on the shipment to arrive. If you have ordered more than one product, you also have the option of shipping the rest of the order immediately or waiting and having all products shipped together when available.
Miscellaneous.
This Agreement shall be treated as though it were executed and performed in Houston, Texas, and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas (without regard to conflict of law principles). Any cause of action by you with respect to the Site (and/or any information, Documents, products or services related thereto) must be instituted within one (1) year after the cause of action arose or be forever waived and barred. All actions shall be subject to the limitations set forth in the DISCLAIMER and 17. Limitation of Liability sections of this document. The language in this Agreement shall be interpreted as to its fair meaning and not strictly for or against any party. This Agreement and all incorporated agreements and your information may be automatically assigned by us in our sole discretion to a third party in the event of an acquisition, sale or merger. Should any part of this Agreement be held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed consistent with applicable law and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect. To the extent that anything in or associated with the Site is in conflict or inconsistent with this Agreement, this Agreement shall take precedence. Our failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision nor of the right to enforce such provision. Our rights under this Agreement shall survive any termination of this Agreement.
